I recently passed my Inland Navigation Captain exam and I'm now in a training phase, getting real hands-on command experience and continuing to build my skills on the water.
About Me
I've been around ships and rivers for quite a while now, and honestly, it's become more than just a job for me.
Over the years, I've worked on different types of vessels across Europe — from cargo ships on the Danube to passenger cruises between Budapest and Amsterdam.
Right now, since November 2025, I'm on a KVB (koppelverband) vessel as a captain in training. Basically, I'm starting to take on full command responsibilities, while still learning from experienced captains and picking up more hands-on decision-making experience every day.
Collaborate
If any of these areas resonate with you — whether you're a fellow navigator, a content creator, an educator, or someone working on technology for the waterways — I'd be glad to connect.
